"The air conditioner did not work as expected though big fans were provided. Elevator was broken in the morning, so we had to haul luggage down several flights of stairs. However, staff was incredibly friendly and helpful! Rooms were large and very clean."

"It was quite a pleasant experience with breakfast in the room and staff being ready to serve you and staying with you through the whole process of serving you not just walking away. When we arrived with luggage, the staff quickly came pouring down the stairs to help us, bring the luggage up to the counter .on the whole excellent experience."

"First room clean but on having a bath when water was going bathroom flooded Reception were not too bad but wanted me to stay while they got the room fixed after me saying no change my room they did that Parking gets full quick night staff was not that helpful but managed to get car parked ( after long 14 hr drive last thing I needed ) Second time of stopping , on good bus route into town so that was a plus"
