Reception staff were great every interaction was first class. Sadly breakfast staff really not good, no warm welcome, food not restocked possibly not their fault as there were only ever 2 on service but a smile would go a long way!

We had a great stay at Frasier Suites, it's a beautiful hotel and the location is great, close to public transport and in walking distance to lots of things.
The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable.

Wonderful hotel and property and super helpful staff. Dull neighborhood however, but easily accessible to most parts of Hamburg on foot or using transit.
