This is a real gem of a hotel. Everything about it is beautiful. The room is gorgeous. Beautifully and well designed. It’s a vibrant neighborhood so I’d suggest earplugs if you’re sensitive to noise. Walking distance to most everything you want to see and do. Breakfast is a tad pricey but well worth it. Even bubbly in the final buffet hours in the weekend. I can’t wait to return!

Lovely period hotel in the city centre, seconds from the train station, but not rowdy or noisy. Very friendly staff, including Leo, the best cocktail server in town. Spacious and comfortable room. Breakfast buffet is varied.

Very beautiful and grand entrance and great location for catching a train at central station or hoofing it around the city. The basic room was compact but efficient so if you’re looking for more space definitely upgrade

This hotel I would consider top notch. Very beautiful, well maintained with a ton of character. The breakfast , I dont know how to rave anymore about it , FABULOUS. Highly recommend as it was right across from the main train station and many many things close by.

Great hotel with lots of food and drink nearby and close to the train station. The staff were extremely helpful and helped me locate some personal belongings I left behind and really went out of their way to make sure I was able to retrieve them. Special thanks to Patricia and Miriam.

Very friendly staff, beautiful property and room, loved the bathroom and bed was very comfortable from an American perspective (not like sleeping on a cement slab). Parking is €30/day and offsite (3-5 min walk), but easy in & out.

The staff in the bar was amazin, so friendly and open minded. The rooms was very very clean and comfortable, the breakfast was also really good, they made your eggs as you wished. Overall one of the best hotel experiences I've had in Hamburg. Definitely coming back for my next worktrip

The hotel and staff were lovely. Breakfast is until midday which is good for those who like a lay in. The only complaint I have is that our king-size bed had two single duvets instead of a king-size duvet which was impractical. I went to reception and asked for a duvet to fit the whole bed but housekeeping didn't come to change it for the two nights we were there.

Great hotel in great location. Wecoming and effiecient staff. Good sized room (kingsize double) with comfy beds and large shower room. Loved the wash items - soap, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and body lotion. Really good buffet breakfast with great hot and cold selection and served for a long period of time to suit guests with leisure and work requirments. Would definitely recommend and will stay again when next in Hamburg.
