"We were there for the cherry blossoms at Goryokaku Park, and this hotel was a convenient place to stay. It’s located right next to Hakodate Station, making it very easy to travel in and out of the city using public transportation. The hotel also offers complimentary toiletries, which you can pick up in the lobby area. The staff were nice and friendly throughout our stay."

"Very clean and modern hotel, superb breakfast with wide selection all local representatives, fresh food. Friendly staff even though some may not be fluent in English. Convenient free and paid shuttle options, good for travelers not driving. fairly easy to navigate online reservation form."

"Aesthetically absolutely beautifully designed interior, however not so functional. We stayed over the new year so it was cold/dry weather so we wish they had humidifiers. The beds are extremely comfortable unlike the beds at the major hotels so we were able to get rest well to recover from 13 hours flight. Unfortunately unlike other guests, we didn't get response from the owner quickly. We got a response 3 days after we checked out which was not a big deal anyway. "
