Pleasant stay

Great hotel in a great location. Plenty of restaurants nearby and close to the train station. Couldn't have asked for any more, but it was also nice to have breakfast included in the morning.

Small hotel approximately 7 minutes walk from JR station, with plenty of restaurants within 5 minutes walk. Staff were very helpful. Comfortable stay, room wasn't overheated like other hotels, with central controlled air conditioning system on warm cycle. Free breakfast with stay, free coffee in the morning till 10am, and free potato soup served 8pm in the evening.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel/room is very clean and it is a walkable distance to the train station. We booked a twin room and the beds were large but the room itself is not that big. So it is a bit of a hassle to find space to open large luggage

Better choice

Not bad, it’s much better than other same level hotels. Clean, simple, easy to access, and friendly hotel staffs. If you consider staying less than ¥7000 per night in Hakodate, it may be better choice.

Great service and big room

The hotel service is great, room is pretty good size, location is not too far from the train station. It's on a quiet street. You don't hear traffic. Breakfast space can be busy but it will clear out very quickly. Food refill very fast. I will stay in this hotel again.

Very cosy, very close and very convenient

I only stayed two nights to see what Hakodate has to offer, it did not disappoint. On the first night I left my itinerary at the reception and tried to call the front desk in bad Japanese (I didn't know how to say itinerary in Japanese), but luckily they kept it to one side for me which was very kind of them. The hotel is very convenient, 5 minute walk to the sushi restaurants and the train station, and 7 minute walk to the morning market in Hakodate, which is a definite must if you are going to Hakodate for the first time. The hotel provides a free breakfast which is nice, but didn't overeat due to keeping my appetite for the morning market, but I really liked the milk yoghurt drink that they provided, and I never drunk anything else like it in my trip to Japan. The hotel staff were very nice and supportive as well, a bit sad to say goodbye to them.

Close to railway station

Close to railway station walkable. Friendly service and staff. The double bed was a little small and very hard so not a comfortable nights sleep. The bathroom is like an all in one pod inserted into the hotel also compact. Clean. Walkable to the ropeway to the famous view!

第2駐車場を利用させて頂きました。 もう少し出入口がフラットだったら 駐車場の出入りがしやすいかな？と思いました。 （豪雨だったので見えなかっただけかもしれませんが...） また、体調を崩し、チェックアウトに間に合わず 1時間延長させて頂きましたが、 その際も嫌な態度1つもなく ご丁寧に対応頂きました。 本当にありがとうございました。 また忘れ物をしてしまったのですが、 素早くお電話を頂けて助かりました。 また機会があれば利用させて頂きたいです。 ありがとうございました。
