This us my 2nd time staying at this great boutique hotel. Everything is immaculately clean, up to date, comfortable and totally impressive in every way. There is an unspoken welcoming vibe upon reaching the hotel. I will most certainly stay there if i were to visit Hakodate for the 3rd time :)

A cozy boutique hotel that is walking distance to the Hakodate morning market, train station and local eateries. Had a good walk around the area in the morning to experience the local culture. No daily housekeeping but room was relatively clean and spacious for us group of 3.

Right across the street from morning market

We are traveling with our 2 teenagers, the room is very spacious for all four of us (especially we get our own queen sized beds) and it's in a great location. Very friendly and helpful staff, highly recommended.
