"Biggest hotel room I've had in Japan so far, with 20' ceilings. Concrete floor probably didn't help with the sea lion rookery snoring next door to me. Not much the hotel can do about that. The A/C fan is too quiet to help drown out such noise. Bring music in case you run into the same thing."
"Huge room. Very very clean. And it so great I booked a room with private Onsen bath.
Staff were extremely polite. Just the buffet dinner was good but under what I expected.
Great stay"

"We stayed here for a couple nights. The room and building in general were clean and kept in good condition. The staff was friendly and helpful. The addition of a washer/dryer in the room was a great convenience as we were able to do some laundry during our stay. There are multiple convenient stores nearby and the morning market is also located right in front of the hotel. Tons of great restaurants within walking distance as well. There is a ton of parking located near the hotel so you don't have to worry if the hotel parking lot fills up (it did not fill up during our stay)."
"Second time I stayed here (last year it was Flexstay Inn). The only issues were this spikey metal coil I found in the carpet and removed myself (not too bad), and the toilet seat dipped down on the left side when you sit down. Otherwise a perfect stay. Thank you!"
"Parking was taken care of by personnel who reserve a spot on arrival and during our stay there. Breakfast buffet was plentiful and full of choices in a spacious dining hall. Room was value for money. Location was good as access to city was easy. Staff at hotel was very helpful."
