Overall, the place good. However, it is not close to Mount Hakodate and the ropeway. If those are place you want to visit, this may not be the place for you.

エレベーターがすごく臭く、部屋も掃除が行き届いていなくて髪の毛や陰毛が落ちていた。ここに戻ってきたくないと思い、出かけた後泊まらずに別のホテルを予約しなおし早々にチェックアウトした。

住宿環境清潔寬敞、附近機能還不錯

房間寬敞且乾淨；每天都有更新毛巾/浴巾/浴室地墊跟清潔垃圾桶(須自行將垃圾放置房間外供服務人員清潔） 浴室提供洗髮、潤髮、沐浴用品與洗手/洗面慕斯；需要備品可在1樓大廳取用、也有提供耳塞。已價錢來說，這樣的住宿環境非常值得。飯店對面就是激安殿堂，附近也有許多餐廳選擇；自機場搭乘公車大約300-400日幣，約莫40分鐘左右，我覺得整體上不錯！

函館空港からバスで30分ですが、バスの便が少ないです。ホテルの目の前に深夜まで営業しているドンキとスーパーがあります。朝食を食べれるようなカフェやお店はありません。お部屋は1人には十分な大きさです。部屋の壁は少し薄く、騒音が気になることもあります。

観光目的の旅行で寝るだけには充分でした。ただ、QRコードが送られて来たので自動チェックインかと思ったら対面でした。前のお客さんが時間がかかって割と待たされたので自動チェックイン用にもう1個タブレットくらい用意して欲しいと思いました。客室は綺麗で特に不便ありませんでした。ありがとうございました。

ドンキの目の前なのでとても便利ですね。宿泊費が安い割にはウォーターサーバーがあったり細かいサービスがあるのはいいですね。出入りも自由だし、部屋も特に不便な点はなくただ音漏れはありですね。駐車場がホテル前に止める事が出来れば最高ですが満車になると離れた場所になるので総合評価は星4つです。

シンプルですが、必要なものは揃っています。個人的にはスリッパとティーバッグが欲しいと思いました。スリッパは有料、お茶は1Fのポッドにルイボスティーがありましたが、（無料）暖かいのが部屋で飲めるようポッドは無料貸し出しでしたが、インスタントコーヒーやお茶のティーバッグもあればいいなぁと思いました。 また次回も利用したいです。
