Clean room, amazing staff, onsen was a first class experience, convenient and accessible location, plenty food options in the food court area connected to the Hotel. Many other local food places are a walking distance from the hotel. Hotel is located next to the Hakodate Station. Local bus and tram are located right across from the hotel. Hakuto Limited Express and Hakodate Liner connects with Shin-Hakodate-Hakuto Sinkansen Station. Hakuto Limited Express also connects to Sapporo. All in all the best choice we made at the recommendation of one of our family friends. And Expedia did the rest!

Nice and modern. The rooms and onsen is a bit smallish but it was a nice mix of modern and traditional, and still comfortable. The breakfast buffet is pretty good to get as it has a variety of Hakodate/Hokkaido food. I would go and stay there again.

Rooms were clean and great layout with everything you needed. There are usb points on the desk for charging, they even had a large mirror at the desk which helped with putting on my skincare. Bathroom had suitable storage. Staff were friendly, helpful and professional no language issues. Breakfast was amazing, make your own chirashi and salad bowls. Had soups, warm food and the cold drinks dispenser had 5 or so choices. Only downside is that the smoking room is near the lobby so a lot of the smell comes through to the lobby area. Had to take shelter from the rain and wind before checkin, was left with a headache from the smell. It must get bad for the staff, pity the fumes don't go towards the carpark. The hotel is just to the left of exiting the train station. Would definitely stay again.
