"The staff are very polite and helpful, however, whoever owns this hotel needs to update it completely. It is dated , visually aging. The options for dining are limited only one all day dining and one ala carte that only open at certain times. Food ordered has to be paid and cannot be charged to the room, this is a very dated procedure and not convenient to travellers. The room we had overlooked a wall , thus giving limited light , this was not made clear when booking. We did not complain as we only stayed one night but would be an issue for longer stays. The quality and food options also needs to be improved with greater options to warrant 4 stars."
