The place is really good. But the room is lack of kitchentools like plates and cookware. A bit clean but the towels is a bad smell and have a cockroach. Hopefully you improve this. The staffs really good and easy to access. The pool is good to especially for the children can't getting bored while stay. The wifi is good too. I'm happy to stay too.

The check in process was quite unsatisfactory. We showed up to check in after 2pm, per the rules, but the room was not ready. We were told to wait but were not given an estimated time for when the room would be ready. We waited 90 minutes. Also, only 2 of the 4 elevators were operational, which meant long waits and full elevators. Front staff on the first floor were very friendly and professional

It’s very affordable if you have limited budget. The staff are very nice. I requested not to change room when my first booking expired and they accommodated my request. The transportation is not a problem and so with dining. The room that we had has a mini kitchen with electric stove, microwave, percolator, cooking pan and rice cooker. I recommend this place if you are not choose!
