Location was close to the U.S. Embassy and Rizal Park. Clean room, great staff. Elevators broke down day & night on a rotating basis. For me(allergic to garlic & onion), it was not a pleasant dining experience. As a guest, I got 20% off all food, but there wasn’t anything on the menus I could eat.

Quiet, and so private it doesn't have any windows. Staff were nice, convenient room service delivery was always prompt. However they never removed the plates and trash from previous orders so it just kept piling up, even after calling and asking for room cleaning, it never came even after they said ...
