"The room was not spotless but very clean. The bathroom need just a little Clorox spray to get rid of the black spot or mold. The staff are the best."

"The property was good. We had a great stay. But in the Philippines the breakfast was not included. We had to pay as an additional charge which was sad to see. Other countries I’ve visited for IHG were included in the stay. Not sure why Philippines had to add it as a fee and not as a courtesy to there guest. "

"We loved our stay at Novotel Araneta, the staff was super courteous, the room was spacious and clean. Excellent location with direct access to the Gateway Malls, Farmer's Market, and Araneta Colosseum. Just in front is Fiesta Carnival and very close to SM Cubao and Ali Mall."
