"We stayed four nights in Ha Long, Hotel Vincent. The rooms are sparkling clean, the staff is super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was yummy- we loved every single detail of our stay. 100% recommended!"

"A very bland boring hotel, hard to explain it but it was pretty basic. Would not rate this very highly at all. Overall experience just not good. "

"Great hotel for a stop before going out to Halong bay"

"Excellent hotel all around!"

"Great views, rooms, and buffet breakfast. Very new and clean hotel with sweet service. While they don’t officially support English, we didn’t have any problems at all. Not too much to do in the area. We went to SunWorld park and had a lot of fun. "

"Lily moved me to another cruise with no notice. They actually sent me to the dock for another company without informing me that they changed my reservation. I was standing on the dock with no choice but to get on the Aqua Cruise or be stranded in Ha Long Bay with no hotel. They refused to refund me my one night stay and Hotels.com refused to do anything about it. Do not book with Lily. Do not use Hotels.com. they are not respectable companies. "

"A nice gem near Bai Chay beach. This is my third time staying in this hotel and every time I enjoyed it so much. Thanks to all the staff for the excellent service. Will stay again."

"Really good place for the money. The pool was a suprise and makes for the perfect spot to cool and chill in the evenings. Phùng Thị Duyên was especially at friendly at reception and was very helpful."

"Wow, from the moment we stepped aboard to when we disembarked, Chien and the crew couldn’t be more friendly or helpful, set in the magnificent backdrop of Halong bay, it was a truly unforgettable experience. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Athena cruises"

"Had a great stay at Yen Residences, great location for touring Ha Long Bay."
