"The rooms were a bit noisy (poor sound proofing in the windows) and one room smelled of cigarette smoke (we got a different room) but overall it was good value and friendly staff."

Like my previous stays, the owner / manager, Jennie, and her staff provide 5-star accommodations, amenities and service for very reasonable cost. A small family-run hotel, you are welcomed and treated like family. My room was spacious, clean, comfortable bed and all the amenities of a 5-star hotel. Breakfast is good. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, ATM. I love the hotel and highly recommend it for your visit to Ha Long."

"Room was excellent, staff were kind and helpful. Amenities were good, however the pool area could do with some maintenance, it’s starting to become a bit grubby and run down. No umbrellas were out. "
