"This is my wife’s and my favorite resort in Vietnam. We live in Hanoi. It is elegant, peaceful, the staff helpful and kind. The breakfast buffet is superb, full of east and western choices. My wife and I love to sit out on our ocean view deck at sunset and share a dram of scotch. Treat yourself, and enjoy the beauty of this wondrous resort."

"Nice and clean hotel, very well service , staff is always ready to help you in any situation. Restaurant and staff great also. But… Ha long Bay is kind a death town, hundred of empty buildings. No attractions at ALL, a lot pollution."

"Superb hotel in a great location. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Room was excellent with an amazing view. Pools were great as due to the season we had them to ourselves on most days. Location is a bit far from the town but a cheap Grab sorted that out. Go here it’s excellent!"

"Nice Hotel with nearby restaurants and activities. Friendly staffs and clean amenities. Only issue is that the thermostat controller for the gym is not in the room, hence there's no air conditioning even during the gym opening hours unless there's a staff member nearby to turn it on for you."

"The staff were really understanding and nice. The hotel is clean and close to the main attractions of Ha Long Bay. Plus, the breakfast was good and consisted of a typical Vietnamese breakfast. Things to know before booking though is that is does cost more if you bring more people than the capacity that you put in when booking the hotel. Overall, I would definitely come back to this hotel again."

"We had a wonderful experience aboard the Ambassador Signature Cruise. From the moment we checked in, the staff made us feel welcome with their professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail. The ship was elegant, clean, and well maintained, and our bay-view cabin was spacious, comfortable, and offered breathtaking views of Ha Long Bay. The itinerary was well organized, giving us enough time to enjoy the stunning scenery while participating in activities such as kayaking and exploring the caves. The onboard dining exceeded our expectations, with a wide variety of delicious Vietnamese and international dishes. Every meal was beautifully presented, and the service was consistently attentive. Traveling as a family of six, we appreciated how smoothly everything was coordinated. The crew went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable throughout the journey, making the experience relaxing and memorable. If I had one small suggestion, it would be to offer a bit more free time at certain destinations, as Ha Long Bay is such a beautiful place to explore. Otherwise, everything was exceptional. Overall, this was one of the highlights of our trip to Vietnam, and I would highly recommend Ambassador Signature Cruise to anyone looking for a luxurious and unforgettable Ha Long Bay experience. We would gladly sail with them again."
