"Great service the people there are amazing organised my cruise, my bus and when i stupidly left my passport there they sent it to me on a bus so i wouldn’t miss my flight. I’ve traveled for three weeks in Vietnam and this is by far the best! Would recommend and if I go back to Ha long bay I will always choose to stay here! "

"The hotel is very good value for money and is clean and spacious with all the amenities you will need for a comfortable stay. The breakfast is lacking a bit but is fine for a short stay. Would definitely come back again next time if visiting this area. "
