"They have made our stay so comfortable and nice, we had to come back from our trip to Ha Long Bay. They provided extra towels for my daughter, held our luggages to our room, opens the door every time we enter or exit, and were always smiling and attentive. Oh, and breakfast was out of this world. Halong Bay is serene and a nice change from the busy Vietnam cities. Unfortunately, there is garbage floating in the bay that the country needs to address."
