"We stayed in 4 other hotels during our adventures on Vancouver Island and the Fairmont was the best for Cleanliness, helpful staff, bed comfort and amenities. It costs equivalent to a neighbouring property that we found disappointing. Walk to pretty much everything you want from here and the grounds are pretty."

"Amazing stay. The views were beyond beautiful. So sad we only stayed 1 night and didn't have enough time to really enjoy the view. The pool looks great as well and I was sad we got back from exploring places too late we couldn't have our daughter enjoy playing in the pool. Room was pretty clean and spacious. Fridge and microwave were provided, that was great as we had our daughter with us for milk and food warming as needed. Another interesting point I haven't seen at any other hotels/resorts was Delta hotel provided the specific staff member who took care of the room so you can provide gratitude as needed and it goes 100% to the staff member :) Custom service was great. Quick check in and out. Plus point is there were electric vehicle charging stations available right before the parking structure so it was very convenient for us with an electric vehicle. Starbucks shop located at the lobby so that also was a plus point. Highly recommend this hotel as we'll definitely be back staying here."

"Floyd diner was an excellent place for breakfast or brunch. The game room kept the kids occupied with the board games, table tennis, foos ball and free popcorn. Good and safe place to hangout. Staffs was excellent. Bed was great. Room was clean. We will come back to this hotel. "

The stuffs were super nice and helpful , we have excellent experience when chef in and check out and every time we pass the reception. The cleaning crew also super nice and helpful. We had our dog with us and she must feel pretty happy "
