I have a loft in this triplex. In total around 500 square footage, with full kitchen (sink, stove&oven, fridge), three pieces bathroom, and two beds (one queen one double).
This place is a open-concept loft. It can comfortably host up to four guests. Children between 4 - 16 are welcome. Parking included. Coin-operated laundry facility included in the building.
There are stairs in the suite. Self check-in with a code to the keypad. Located 5 mins drive to downtown and 5 mins drive to Uvic.
This reservation has a Flexible cancellation policy - refunds will be issued up to 30 days prior to the check in date.
A 100% refund is provided for travellers cancelling at least 30 days before check-in. A 50% refund is provided for travellers cancelling from 14 to 29 days before check-in. No refunds are provided for travellers cancelling less than 14 days prior to check-in. CanadaStays Booking Fees are refundable if you cancel within 48 hours of placing your booking request.

Great for the Price but Beware, lots of stairs
The apartment met our needs, nothing fancy but clean. Could use some updating, shower was great. Need a green waste pail and a recycling bin in kitchen.
We were not happy with the chairs and they were replaced when we requested them the same day! Thanks!

Good value in a high demand season if you need room for 4 people. Portable AC
not enough to keep cool if temp is in the mid 20s. Renovation is needed. Access to DT and tourist sites is $5 for an all day bus pass.

Large space with comfy beds. Netflix and a kitchen. Quite and clean. We will definitely stay again. Yard could use some anesthetic improvements but excellent place to stay. Much better than a hotel.

Nice, cozy place. Well furnished and kitchen well supplied. Ceilings slant into the room giving a bit of charm… but need to watch your head at times.😉. All the same, I enjoyed my stay there.
Only downside is that the yard is unkempt and overgrown. Yet, that’s a minor point as just passing through in and out.
