DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel New York City - Chelsea
10/10 Excellent
"The staff were awesome and willing to help with whatever we needed (great service). The rooms were clean and perfect for what we were looking for. This property is in an excellent location and within walking distance of all attractions. Lots of dining options as well. I would recommend this property."
"Overall, the service at the hotel was excellent and the staff very helpful and friendly. The only downside was that the ice machine did not work on our floor. However, the hotel was good about bringing us ice when requested."
"One of the highlights of our stay was being able to walk around at night people watching and the lights at Times Square. Our hotel location made this possible. "
