Fully renovated - high class materials.
The beach is only 20m away.

Splendid apartment on the ground floor next to the beach of Port Grimaud.
It is very spacious (about 55sqm) and composed as follows:
- a large living-room with a sofa-bed
- a well-furnished open kitchen: oven, microwave, fridge with a freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, drying washing-machine.
- a little laundry room
- a wide bedroom with a big double bed (180cm)
- a shower-room
- separate toilets.

View on the canal of Port Grimaud.

1 parking space on the residents parking.

The beach is just behind the beach, less than 20m far.
At the end of the street, there is a little grocery shop.
In the center you will find other shops: restaurants, shops, ice-cream makers, a bio bakery.

Numerous activities in Port Grimaud and near-by (sea activities, golf, spa, amusement park...)
Perfect location to visit the Gulf of St-Tropez and its villages: Grimaud, Gassin, Ramatuelle, Saint-Tropez, Sainte-Maxime...

Fantastic apartment

This was a fabulous find. Excellent location and very comfortable apartment. All amenities close by and even two beach chairs to take to the beach. Close to harbour where you can catch the boat to St Tropez. We really enjoyed our stay here and would like to come here again highly recommended. Beautiful place. Life guards on beach and new beach restaurant opened this week very classy. The host was very informative and helpful.

We had a lovely stay, Yael was lovely and very helpful would definitely stay again. Any future guests i would strongly recommend NOT eating at Le Dome "restaurant" as the food is disgusting

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. Tout était parfait et Yael est bien structuré et très sympathique. L'appartement est magnifique, étincelant de propreté, parfaitement équipé et dans un endroit magnifique et calme de Port Grimaud 2. Il était possible d'utiliser gratuitement le bateau-taxi pour se rendre par exemple aux plages. Tout est recommandé à 100 % ! Merci beaucoup, Yael. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Sehr schönes Appartement 2 min vom wundervollen Strand von Grimaud entfernt. Yael war sehr nett und stets erreichbar bei Fragen. Wundervoller Ort, ein wenig Venedig-Charme, dazu gratis Fahrten mit dem Boot durch Port Grimaud möglich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
