We loved our stay at the Mandarine. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, polite and helpful. The food was delicious (especially Tarte Tropezienne - my favourite one I had during my trip) and the location is lovely - just a few minutes from the main town but there is a shuttle service that’s ready to take you whenever you are. Overall, we enjoyed our time and would definitely stay here again! Thank you!

Friendly staff, rooms have a good size although the hotel is a bit old. Very nice pool. Food was good.
What a magical hotel within walking distance to the town. Nestled in beautiful trees this villa style hotel has everything - a beautiful pool, a gorgeous restaurant and a lovely bar.,the rooms are lovely andcthe bed is so comfortable. We have stayed at St Tropez many times and this is the BEST HOTEL. The staff are amazing!
Unbelievable experience. Excellent service, food, drinks, massage, pool, etc, etc... Everything you would want in a first class Saint-Tropez hotel. Location was perfect for getting in and out of downtown or to the day clubs/beaches.
If you’re stopping by ST Tropez for a quick and easy stay this place would be it. They offer a shuttle service to the city center. Definitely not a 5 star hotel but checks most boxes..
Probably the best hotel I’ve stayed. The vibes are amazing French villa style. The pool area is so beautiful and relaxing. The staff are all welcoming and most speak English pretty well. Highly recommend for anyone visiting at Tropez. Walking distance to the shops and markets but they also offer shuttle service if you need it. Thank you for a wonderful time
This hotel is in no way a 5 star. I am a frequent traveler. At best it should get a 3 star hotel. Way over priced. Photos do not represent reality.

Property needs renovations. AC doesn’t cover duplex room, had to buy a fan to stay cool. Mosquitoes in the room and property as well is not treated for mosquitoes. Breakfast is excellent as well as location. Nice and welcoming staff

Overpriced considering the very old rooms. No great views. Staff was great however. 10min walk to downtown. Not recommended.

In general the staff were lovely, breakfast very nice, lovely location a short walk (or shuttle ride) from the main plaza. Unfortunately the condition of the rooms was a bit of a let down, for a hotel who claims to offer ´luxury´. Webpage needs to be reviewed, as there were no free bicycles as advertised, nor laundry facilities. Couldn´t even get an iron for a few days, as they were all in use by other guests. A good 4 star hotel, but I wouldnt call it 5 star.
This is truly a beautiful hotel. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, they go out of their way to make sure you are getting the 5 star quality and service you are paying for. The concierge, Ali, was incredibly helpful during our stay, assisting us with recommendations and helping with reservations at the restaurants in town.
Don't kid yourself, this hotel isn't brand new or modern, but it is incredibly charming and what you would hope a luxury stay in the french riviera would be.
The chauffeur service is very helpful as taxis and Ubers are hard to come by in the city, their pool is gorgeous and secluded, and you'll be surrounded by mature trees and perfectly maintained grounds.
The location is great as it is close to both the port, the city and the popular beaches. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Saint Tropez. It is not cheap, but you walk away feeling like you got your moneys worth staying at a true 5 star hotel.

The electricity went out around the area of my room for a period of 5 hours and woke up in sweltering heat because the AC is not very strong. The bed i was sleeping in (mattress) was that of a 1-2 star hotel; extremely horrible and uncomfortable. Did not enjoy my stay there at all.
Cheguei cansada da viagem, e eles me ofereceram um check-in antecipado gratuitamente.
A éviter !
