The staff were very helpful, especially the people at the desk. They couldnt do enough and always smiled. The only thing I didnt like was the coffee and tea werent refilled and had to go to desk to ask for more to take up to room

I had an issue with shower. Right away someone came to assist and offered to charge room. It was not a big issue but it was taking care of immediately. Good recommendation on the Gaston restaurant suggested by the hotel feont desk. Nice place

Great staff, construction was an issue for me

The room was great and the staff were so so helpful and accommodating. The downside to this hotel was the ongoing construction, started at around 9am and continued going on until around 5 or 6pm some evenings, so expect intermittent power tools during the day. It seemed to me that the hotel was being completely renovated which is great in the long term as my room was perfect, just watch out for the noise in the near future especially if you plan to work during the day.

We like the central and good location of the Hotel. There are a lot of good restaurants nearby and the beach is also in front of the Hotel. The breakfast was very good and had a lot of different kinds of meals. The waitress in the breakfast room are also very fast and friendly. Our Hotel room was very old and we had problems with our sink and air condition didn’t work. After three days we get another bigger room where everything works. But it was not so clean at all. Also in our first room there where hair on the ground and in the bed. In the bathroom there was a lot of mold. In the first room and also in the other which we get. After all we enjoyed our stay and where happy with the food and the location. I think the hotel have to be renovated and the cleaners should be more consequent with the cleaning.

Good choice in Saint Raphael.

Lovely hotel on the waterfront in Saint Raphael. Everything was clean and modern. The bed was very comfortable. Staff is friendly and helpful. We had a very nice two-night stay here. We highly recommend this hotel.

We had an excellent vacation stay at the Continental Hotel. Very friendly and considerate staff, spacious and clean room and unbeatable location - right across the street from the sea, and in the middle of everything. Multiple dining options around including the on-site breakfast, and excellent shopping. Because of it's location it may be a bit noisy outside of the hotel at night, but we liked the vibe coming with it. Great place for vacation in Saint Raphael. It is also pet friendly. We loved this hotel, and we'll be back.

We stayed here before but now it’s a Mecure it has really improved. A full remodelling has been done and it’s a great job! Lovely room with great bathroom. Plenty of sockets and tea/coffee making facilities. We took the breakfast in a great bright dining area. Food was good a plenty of options. Hotel is right on the front and is a five minute walk from station. Highly recommended.

Sauberes Zimmer. Direkt am Strand. Am Abreisetag kann man auch noch an den Strand und das Auto bis 14:00h beim Hotel lassen. Man kann sogar nach dem Check-out noch in eine Dusche, bevor man abreist.

Bel emplacement mais des prestations à améliorer

Réservation d’une suite vue mer, mais vue gâchée par des vitres pas forcément très propres… Flacons de gel douche et de savon pour les mains trouvés vides à notre arrivée, obligés de relancer les équipes après le signalement pour avoir enfin les produits. Interrupteur des wc très abîmé Dimanche matin très bruyant à partir de 8 heure, le personnel glousse dans les couloirs et claque les portes… On aurait pu espérer mieux d’un établissement 4 étoiles. Dommage, car la chambre est agréable et l’emplacement de l’hôtel parfait, proche de la plage du Veillat.

Une belle escapade

Très agréable escapade en solo à Saint Raphaël, j’ai choisi cet hôtel pour avoir vu sur la mer. Tout le personnel était aux petits soins et la chambre spacieuse et décorée avec goût.

Un accueil hors du commun !

Un accueil exceptionnel ! De bons conseils pour la restauration autour. Une belle rénovation des chambres Un seul inconvénient : on entend tout ce qu’il se passe dans le couloir desservant les chambres. J’avais même un doute si la porte de la chambre était fermée.
