"I had requested ground floor this had been accepted but I had stated near lift if not possible, was told would be ground floor but was put on first and not near the lift! Issue with heaters in room but felt wasn’t dealt with properly! Room sizes were good, facilities within the room were good, having tv set to a loud number was an issue especially when up very early and put tv on would wake neighbours "

"Paid £70 for a triple room, last minute on a back holiday Sunday, included breakfast buffet. For that money, you can't go wrong, it was excellent value. We just needed somewhere to sleep and shower - it's not the kind of place you would choose for anything more than that."

"Excellent location for use at the BP Pulse, walking distance from Birmingham International train station and BP Pulse venue. Hotel was clean and what we needed for our night. We had breakfast which was a choice off full english or continental, good choice of breakfast. Overall, i would definitely return to this hotel if I am to visit the BP Pulse in the future. Excellent location."

"Hotels.com offered an upgrade to a suite which I accepted and was confirmed in writing. Upon check-in was told that Hotels.com frequently do this even if the property is fully booked. Very disappointing. Room was ok. Quiet. Awful smell emanating from the toilet though."
