The place has everything you need and well maintained. LOVED the chairs in the living room - a big expense that we really appreciated. Seriously, quit looking and book this. I was not encouraged to post this - we own a vrbo place and just appreciate a nice place!"

"We wanted somewhere close to Mill Pond so our kids would get a great view of the fireworks and this location didn’t disappoint. We had a 10 min walk for truly excellent seats of the fireworks. The place was clean, quiet and beautiful. Friendly neighborhood and people. Only downside was when i tried to contact the owner (silly thing but a black widow in the bathroom), we never got a reply. Glad there wasn’t a bigger issue because of no response. "

Fantastic location, we were able to walk downtown to grab coffee / breakfast / drinks with ease (about 12 min walk through the neighborhood). Really enjoyed the local festivities and small town atmosphere. "
