"Amazing eco hotel in the Mayan jungle! There are plenty of pets and lots of wildlife -- I saw motmots, acari, and other birds! This place is rustic, no frills, but very comfortable and the staff are wonderful. "
"Great people, beds are comfy, doors hard to clse to bathroom. Foodwas good. Family owned for 3 gemerations. Right by hwy so you can hear traffic. Across the street from an amazing senote"
"Este es un hotel en medio de la selva perfecto para aventureros y amantes de la naturaleza. En general fue una estancia muy agradable, la habitación muy cómoda y limpia. Los anfitriones desde el minuto 1 tienen una atención de primera, en cuanto al cenote es muy grande y bonito, tiene una tirolesa y también puedes hacer clavados no tiene límite de tiempo y puedes nadar de noche con las estrellas en su máxima expresión, sin dudas una experiencia increíble, sin embargo no cuenta con servicio de...
"Excellent staff, they were so gracious and accommodating. We had a wonderful visit with 4/5 year olds and would return. It’s a jungle, so bring repellent. "

"We had an incredible stay at Hyatt Ziva! From the moment we arrived, the service was top-notch. A special thank you to our butler Sandy, who went above and beyond to make our anniversary unforgettable — every detail was perfect, and her care truly elevated our entire experience.
Erika, my masseuse, was absolutely amazing — one of the best massages I’ve ever had. She created such a calming, restorative space.
Our whole family had a blast enjoying the variety of delicious food options and especially loved the fun water activities — something for everyone! We’re already talking about coming back. Thank you for the memories, Hyatt Ziva!"
Hyatt Zilara Riviera Maya Adults Only All Inclusive
10/10 Excellent
"Hyatt Zilara Riviera Maya is a resort on the smaller side, but still offered lots. The activities they had planned were actually lots of fun and very engaging. Nothing ever felt like it was crowded and the resort had some great food options. The staff throughout the hotel were amazing and very nice.
Overall, I think this resort checked all of our boxes and we had an amazing vacation here, and will recommend this to others that are looking into this property."
"My husband and I spent 4 nights at Ventus Ha to celebrate our wedding anniversary. This resort was absolutely beautiful. The grounds were pristine and staff friendly and helpful. Will definitely visit again. "
"Staff were friendly, on top of things, and easy to make requests. Although it would be easier for the staff if rooms had bins for recycling instead of them sorting through the trash bins. Also, our washroom keeps getting a pool of water whenever we shower because the door doesn't close or seal."
"The resort was absolutely stunning. The pools were very clean, the drinks were strong, and everyone was so friendly! We have already begun planning our next trip to the resort."
