"We had an incredible stay at Hyatt Ziva! From the moment we arrived, the service was top-notch. A special thank you to our butler Sandy, who went above and beyond to make our anniversary unforgettable — every detail was perfect, and her care truly elevated our entire experience.
Erika, my masseuse, was absolutely amazing — one of the best massages I’ve ever had. She created such a calming, restorative space.
Our whole family had a blast enjoying the variety of delicious food options and especially loved the fun water activities — something for everyone! We’re already talking about coming back. Thank you for the memories, Hyatt Ziva!"

"Hyatt Zilara Riviera Maya is a resort on the smaller side, but still offered lots. The activities they had planned were actually lots of fun and very engaging. Nothing ever felt like it was crowded and the resort had some great food options. The staff throughout the hotel were amazing and very nice.
Overall, I think this resort checked all of our boxes and we had an amazing vacation here, and will recommend this to others that are looking into this property."
