"Our stay at Vidanta Resort World was a great experience. The complex is beautiful and very well maintained, though we didn’t have enough time to explore everything it offers. The room was spacious, nicely decorated, and very comfortable. The staff was incredibly well training to host making us feeling very special greeting us by names and always showing they were ready for anything we needed. We had dinner at Havana Moon; the food was basic, but the atmosphere was fun. Later, we discovered an outdoor market-style dining area with several options and a much nicer ambiance, which we wish we had known about earlier. Having an Exclusive type of bracelet status, truly enhanced our stay, with access to a beach club cabana and a very convenient driver service available via WhatsApp at any time. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would love to return with more time to explore the resort. Overall, we really loved our stay at Vidanta Resort World. The scale, comfort, service, and exclusivity made it a memorable experience, even in a short visit. With more time, this resort clearly has so much more to offer. "

"For us, the food and the beach was what really stood out. The food is TOP NOTCH... skip the restaurants, the buffet has everything you need to be happy and it always has something for everyone in your family. The beach is large and gorgeous, with a great bar and even a beach grill (with good food) right there. We barely even saw the pool because we enjoyed the beach so much. The staff was incredible, always helpful and so kind. Our rooms were clean, big, and just what we needed. It is incredibly safe, our teens were able to navigate the resort on their own and we all felt completely comfortable. We love that this resort is family owned and focuses on sustainability. The efforts of this resort to be environmentally responsible are very visible at every turn and it makes the stay feel even more luxurious. No reason to see any other resorts, we have been to many, and this really is the BEST! "

"Oom Bubble Boutique is gorgeous and unique. Despite our late evening arrival, we received a warm welcome from Gabriella and quick tour to get our bearings. The front desk were extremely responsive to our WhatsApp messages throughout our stay. The bubbles are simple and stylish, with a tucked away toilet and both a bath and very comfortable bed in which to enjoy the night sky. We slept really well, serenaded by the jungle symphony. After a delicious breakfast, we enjoyed an amazing massage outside, under the shade of the trees, next to our private pool. After this we walked 500m to Cenotes 7 Bocas, recommended by Maritza, which was a beautiful way to end our short yet soulful stay at Oom Bubble Boutique. "
