Valentin Imperial Rivera Maya All Inclusive - Adult Only
10/10 Excellent
"The property is immaculate. The staff go above and beyond for you, and do it with a smile on their face. Honestly do not have one negative thing to say about the entire resort, other than the gym. Gym needs to be bigger and better. "
"Everything was perfect. This is a fantastic resort. The food was great and there was a lot of variety. I don’t eat meat, just seafood and I felt like there was enough for me. I’m the type of traveler that will look at countless resorts and reviews to figure out where to stay. It took me a while to land on this resort, but I’m glad I did. A few things to know: there’s 3 resorts all in like 5-10 min walking distance but like a 2 min golf cart ride. You have access to all 3, it feels like they’re all one big resort anyways. I picked this resort, Ventus Ha instead of the other two which is called Ventus and the other one Marina/ el cid because of the price. The names all sound similar but this one is Ventus Ha. There’s hammocks in every balcony and around the pool area which is such a fun touch. It has a rooftop pool adults only on the seventh floor with hammocks, beds, chairs and a bar. There’s a big pool also on the ground floor and jacuzzi plus a bar. There’s a hibachi restaurant called KOBO which is freaking amazing. It was so good. The other restaurant has breakfast lunch and dinner which was also yum. You have access to the other 2 hotels as well. If you want to go use their pool, or the beach or restaurants etc you can go to the lobby outside and ask for someone to take you w a golf cart. There’s always drivers in golf carts dropping people off all the time. Everyone is so nice. There’s free 24hr room service. You have to reserve restaurant for dinner in advance! "
"Very nice room and environment. The beds were very hard, but we loved everything else about the room. Breakfast was good and we could order it in advance so they could prepare it and we didnt have to wait. Very good service overall!"
"Las Yurtas tienen colchones inflables y son muy cómodas. Aunque no hay electricidad tienen otras formas alternativas de iluminación pero es ideal llegar antes de el atardecer para adaptarse, igual no fue algo que extrañe. Cuando desperté una canasta con desayuno continental muy rico estaba fuera de mi yurta. Es una experiencia de maxima desconexión y descanso. "
"It is hard to leave this review but I felt surprised when we arrived at the place, since all the 5 star reviews we saw here contributed to us selecting this place.
First I want to say the staff were very helpful and friendly. They did try to provide a good service to the guests. The location is beautiful and you do feel like you are part of the nature environment. Even the long bumpy road was part of the expectation and not their fault.
However, that's where the good things about this place ended. The bubble glamp, while clean in terms of bedding, toilet, furniture, is in a dire shape and requires thorough cleaning for guests to truely enjoy the experience. It was VERY moldy inside, with grit built up in the corners, and the supposedly transparent part is so DIRTY such that we could barely see what's outside, let alone enjoying the experience that a bubble glamping is suppose to provide. The furniture is showing wear and tear with cracks so much so that it can't claim that is a luxury experience.
Also they had to place tarps on all of the bubble lamps(probably to reduce heat from sunlight), which is different from what the photos showed.
The food is also mediocre at best. While I understand that it's hard to transport ingredients to a remote port of the jungle, the food were firstly not authentic Mayan food, second in small portion, thirdly very overpriced. The staff also couldn't even give a menu for us, probably due to not being able to cook actual meals, and all of t"
"Oom Bubble Boutique is gorgeous and unique. Despite our late evening arrival, we received a warm welcome from Gabriella and quick tour to get our bearings. The front desk were extremely responsive to our WhatsApp messages throughout our stay. The bubbles are simple and stylish, with a tucked away toilet and both a bath and very comfortable bed in which to enjoy the night sky. We slept really well, serenaded by the jungle symphony. After a delicious breakfast, we enjoyed an amazing massage outside, under the shade of the trees, next to our private pool. After this we walked 500m to Cenotes 7 Bocas, recommended by Maritza, which was a beautiful way to end our short yet soulful stay at Oom Bubble Boutique.
