Didn’t confirm online dinner reservation request, but dinner ok, limited menu, but reasonably priced. 10% service charge annoyed me. Service was very good, but it should be at consumer discretion. Coffee cafetière, and fresh milk, in room most welcome, as was ‘proper’ glass (not plastic cup). Breakfast not included at £90 disappointing."

There is a small shop, lovely pastries. The only issue is no welcome pack with a map of the grounds, how to work the hob, cooker and heating. Even the staff didn’t know how to work the heaters! One out of three worked after a google search. However this will not stop us going back. Staff were friendly and helpful."
