Room was clean and tidy Comfy bed Breakfast had lots of choice but but not great quality products. Plenty of tea, coffee, toast and juice available. Didnt use the bar Staff were very friendly and helpful

Good location right on the high street in Melrose, but the hotel is very dated and in need of redecoration. I seem to have been upgraded and had a much better room than I expected, very large with a bay window overlooking the street, so I was very pleased with my stay. Breakfast is good and freshly cooked to order.
