Lovely hotel in main area of Kelso and very near abbey. Lovely staff and really good en-suite rooms. Parking wasn’t too easy as it was Easter weekend and very busy

Great place to stay or just have a beer

Great place to stay or just have a beer. We only stayed one night, but would have no problem in staying longer next time. Started the next morning with a freshly cooked breakfast which was excellent.

The room and bathroom were both very clean. The decor was very muted and beige/ brown. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would stay again if I needed to be in Kelso.

Great stay

Room was perfect for the price. Our room was a little stuffy due to no air flow. Room had a small fan that helped a little. Everyone was very friendly and location was great. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast in the morning was very nice.

Stayed for 2 nights. Great hotel, very clean and the staff were fantastic. Breakfasts freshly cooked were great. Also the food in the restaurant was very good. Kelso is a great base for travelling around the Scottish Borders. Will definitely stay again

Great stay.

We had a great stay. Even though we were on the first floor we didn't hear a lot of noise from the bar. The breakfast was excellent with a great choice. Only downside was the service was slow and the food was Lukewarm when arrived. But plenty of choice.

Nice small hotel

Nice hotel but rooms 6 was small and warm and window open on to alleyway with bins so was a lot of fly's bar and lounge small and busy overall ok stay staff were lovely.
