"The staff was lovely and super professional, great location except it was a bit noisy as it’s near the bars that play lots of loud music. Scenery was unbeatable. Sadly no parking so you’ll pay extra for that. My only complaint is the dirty glasses were wet and had 2 hairs inside and the pillows are very very hard. The restaurant on site was great and everything was walkable ( pool, beach, and shops)."

"Great location. Cabin could use some maintenance and deep cleaning. Bathroom needed better cleaning and the couch in particular was not usable without blanket cover. Having kitchen was convenient, however some ant control is necessary."

"Our six night stay in October 2025 was just wonderful. Steve and Helen were so friendly and helpful, the room was spacious and bedding very comfortable. One highlight was the balcony which added to the relaxation. The motel's location was excellent, adjacent to the main shopping and restaurant street and going through to the Lagoon using a private access gate. The lagoon pool and surrounds were lovely and again another highlight. Cheers Gill and Bill."

"The room was super clean, very quiet T nights, non smoking areas. Amenities included including laundry making it convenient. Staff was friendly and willing to help. The bus runs efficiently and so cheap. I would stay here again. "

"Great location in Airlie- at the end of their main room. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Room conditions were great, folks in the room were amazing. Private room was also spacious and a lovely treat to end my stay in Airlie. "

"Our apartment was very tired, had a mouldy smell to it, there appeared mould growing above the airconditioner. The bed was very old and hard, the shower leaked from the shower head all over the bathroom floor. I would not recommend. The staff member who was on site each day we were there "Bebe" was fantastic and offered great customer service."

"We had a pleasant night staying at the Grand Central Hotel but there was 2 small issues. 1. No fault of the pub but take ear muffs for a good night sleep. For a small town Proserpines main street is very busy at night. 2. Some advice for the Pub Manager please ad add curtians or block out the small glass panel above the doors of the rooms to block out the hall lights when they come on. Lovely atmosphere friendly staff and food was lovely. Please g"
