This hotel is walking distance (indoors and air conditioned) from the airport, and the MTR station to the city. It is neat, clean and seems very well run. I'd have no concern at all staying here again. I just wish we had more time to explore.

Accessibility to variety of transport Security and friendliness of staff. A map showing location of facilities at the hotel would have been helpful also a mud map of routes to various modes of transport . Variety of food was very good

Great hotel. Wonderful staff. Fantastic restaurants. Great rooms, on the smaller side but definitely 5 star. Located in a good area with easy access to the trams, train lines and ferry. Lots of shops and restaurants, parks.

The whole experience at the four seasons was bliss. The staff were super attentive and pleasant and the facilities were first rate

Staff were friendly and helpful. Great location close to transport. Great views of Victoria Harbour. Enjoyed lunch at the cruise bar, both food and services was excellent. Room was clean, spacious, housekeeping did an amazing job cleaning.

Staff were wonderful, as was buffet breakfast

The staff went above and beyond to help us feel comfortable. Free drinks in mini bar was a plus

I stayed at Lanson Place for 8 nights. Hotel is located really central in Causeway Bay - close to convenience stores and good restaurants (Xiao Long Bao is across the road). The good: - Comfortable, well-sized room. - Hotel guests are given a Handy phone with free 3G across the city and free international calls to some countries. I can't overstate how great it was having a free phone with access to Google Maps. - Hotel room was full of free goodies (food, drinks, etc) upon check-in -...

We stayed in 3520 as a Club room which provided afternoon tea and evening snacks. Simple and effective.

this hotel is dog welcome so if you worry about that maybe need to think about it. But all other thing is excellent.

One of the best hotels we have stayed in. Great location, short walk to Central and the MTR. Rooms are big and well designed. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Rooftop bar is a bonus - very cool spot.

We were blown away by the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. The facilities especially the club lounge and the swimming pool area were excellent. The location was handy to the MTR and Star Ferry as well as being centrally located first several Hong Kong Island districts. The view from our room was amazing (Room 4013).

Location wise, there’s nothing nearby, you will need to walk or take train for one stop to get food.
