I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The service was very warm and welcoming, and the staff went the extra mile by surprising us with a birthday cake to celebrate, which was a lovely and thoughtful touch. The room was clean and comfortable. While the bed was a bit soft for my personal preference, it didn’t take away from the overall experience. I truly enjoyed my stay—thank you to the wonderful team!

Room was big and clean. There are eateries nearby within a few new malls. However, need to take shuttle bus to the bigger malls or MTR. Shuttle bus only starts at 10am and ends at 8.30pm. MTR is walkable from hotel, about 10 - 15mins. There is a airport bus just outside the hotel.

Everything is great, just that the AC is a bit noisy and hard to lower its speed. Traffic is easy for most travellers with shuttle bus to one of the nearest sub stations. Although a 10 min walk to the other station and the nearby To Kwa Wan district will find a lot real treat to local delicacies.

Modern look hotel, clean room, 24-hour gym, and friendly staff. Easy access to Kai Tak Promenade which is great for a scenic stroll or run, good to have shuttle service to Airside where Kai Tak MTR is. Buffet breakfast is great and dinner at the Chinese restaurant was delicious but a bit pricey. The only drawback is water spilling through the shower door, making the floor of the bathroom wet (guests need to be cautious to avoid slipping). Overall a comfortable stay!

The room is clean. Staff are courteous. The twin beds look too big for the room, leaving not much spare spaces in the room. It is a little challenging to access the hotel by car from outside.

The hotel was nice but far from everything else, public transport is at least 10 minutes walk. Nice interior, good water pressure and what would expect from a 5* hotel. Although they didn't refill the drawers once teabag has been used. The shuttle bus is every 30 minutes. When the bus is full despite joining the queue prior, you have to wait for the next one in 30 minutes and no one informed the travelers in the queue. No alternative and just wait in the car park.

5-star experience that will definitely book again

The overall experience is great! The cleanliness of the hotel room is guaranteed as Dorsett Kai Tak was opened in Aug 2024. I like the infinity pool the most as you can enjoy the sunset view. The only disadvantage is that the hotel should improve the quality of the breakfast.

Weekend escape in Kai Tak

We spent a weekend to explore kai tak area which is walkable from the hotel. The reception staff were friendly, responsive & attentive to guests' needs. Hotel is serious about sustainable & green.

Hotel is pristine and luxurious feeling. It is between an arena and sports complex which would be great for concerts and sports. There is a free shuttle to mall which isn’t too far away. Very convenient to ship port for cruisers.

New hotel, facilities are new and in good condition, the air con is a bit noisy, give 5 star for the service that duty manager Gladys really put effort to help me find a more quiet room. Hotel has shuttle bus to airside shopping mall and train station. Pls bring your own toiletries, hotel doesn’t provide it, need to purchase

Amazing Property! Service was amazing and the shuttle to the mall was very convenient! If you want the MTR it’s a short walk from hotel. My only teeny comment was the doors for adjoining rooms were not very well thought out as they swing open which barracades the exit door and if you want to go to adjoining room it locks which is inconvenient for our kids. Also the lighting for the mirrors could be a little better. Very small things but the overall stay was excellent!! Would stay again!!!

A nice new hotel

The hotel is new. Very good service, all the staffs are nice. Since everywhere nearby are not fully open yet, we rely heavily on the shuttle bus and it does come on time and comfy. However, they finish very early, so basically we need to take taxi/uber back every night. I guess the good price of hotel offset with this inconvenience. Oh one thing I had to mention which is quite rare. The daily cleaning on next door done really loud, I got woke up by the first room they made up, by the time they did the room surrounding us, the whole family woke up. I think its a small thing that it can be improved

Beautiful property!! Staff were fabulous!! But - Being that this is a new hotel it is quiet far from everything. Our Uber drivers kept getting lost coming back from the downtown area. No restaurants or coffee shops near the hotel outside of the ones in the hotel. I was also very disappointed the pool was closed for the season when I specifically booked a hotel - this roof top one especially- with a pool in my search filter.
