"When i was there the casino smelled like straight cigarettes and I thought well maybe that’s every casino and went to other ones and they smelled just fined and then having to buy a chair just to sit by the pool was crazy but other then that it was pretty good "

"A/c didn’t work when we arrived, luckily we seen someone in the hallway to fix it. Other than that it was cool"

"We got there and did the check-in kiosk, the kiosk process was fairly easy, but we got a room that was either still occupied or was never cleaned after check out. The beds weren't made and there was change, half empty booze bottles and dirty towels all over the room. We went to the check in counter and got a new room, the staff mentioned the self check-in has problems, so maybe avoid that if you're staying there. I noticed the casino was a lot less smoky that others I've been to (MGM Grand), which I appreciated. One thing is that a lot of people smoke weed in there. There's two pot shops in the hotel, so that is the likely reason. Something to keep in mind if you're planning on staying because it's "family friendly." The other thing is that it smells like middle schoolers walked through after trying out their cologne collection. At times it was like an Axe Body Spray convention. Would I stay there again? Sure, the proximity to The Sphere was nice. Free parking definitely doesn't hurt as well."

"The check in process was lengthy. They said I got an upgrade, but it looked like the room I paid for. I would like to spend a few more days there so I could check out the amenities and experience the property, it’s very large. I also appreciated that we could do a late checkout, although we had to pay extra for that. I would definitely stay here again to experience it and see if it’s all it appears to be. Unfortunately, the rooms are not soundproof, noise from the strip was pretty loud to sleep through even though we were on a top floor."

"Rooms are outdated , rooms advertised with fountain view only has partial view and that is only when you standing Infront of the window otherwise no view at all we were in room 3574 , staff at 24 h cafe next to registration not friendly at all ."
