"This a unique property, very cosy and peaceful. It was exactly as advertised and very charming with a well presented modern attached bathroom. Karen was a really helpful host and the location for us was great especially as Karen gave us so much advice and assistance to plan our day in the Grampians. Sadly due to the cloud cover we did not get to see the night sky but on a clear night anyone keen on stargazing will have a great view. "Don't be fooled by the exterior of the building, the rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff have thought of everything down to the coffee maker and chocolates on the bedside table. "

"We were almost going to cancel our trip due to severely cold wet weather forecast for the long weekend but we had come from NW WA to visit the Casterton Kelpie Muster and decided to continue. We walked into the house - and it was the "wow" factor!! The decor is tasteful, white and bright contrasting with a beautifully polished wooden floor. The windows are large (and double glazed) providing both light and wonderful rural landscapes.The 3 king beds were very comfortable and - the best thing, we walked in and the entire house was WARM! Not only does it have a fireplace, but also split system airconditioning/heating - and heat banks. It was a pleasure to use the bathroom and laundry even! No matter how cold we got outside on our adventures, we knew we had a beautiful, warm home to come back to."
