"The pictures provided of the property were not what we were greeted with. Pool was closed and extremely run down, room windowsills had a sort of black powder on them, stained pillows on the bed. Wasn’t expecting the Ritz but definitely expected more for the price for one night. "

"Orchard Cottage was a lovely stay- it was bright and airy. The cottage has two generous sized bedrooms and living area plus a large bathroom with 2 showers and spa. The grounds are amazing to walk around. And it is not too far from Castlemaine."

"Dirty, unkempt, uninviting entrance to this place. Potholes in the driveway, reception poorly signed and difficult to find. Surly attitude from the person who handed over room keys. Door to room rotting at the base, providing no security. Room itself nice enough, with decent facilities. I wouldn't return, though - too depressing overall. "
