"Large rooms Super clean Great staff and location Fair pricing Fantastic facilities This property has been in the one family for 3 generations and the care and attention shows even the cleaning crew I noticed weee extremely organised. Another bonus was that it is right next to the red lion hotel so no driving and they also had great staff and extensive menu not to mention the wonderful tank beer! Please see my review on the red lion.. also super impress! I am happy to submit a very good honest review Heated swimming pool was fantastic and very clean with two spas and a nice hot sauna. They also have a gym and leisure areas of table tennis and various other activities with tvs showing the latest news. The lovely Louisa and Jen were extremely helpful with a couple of small requests that they helped me with! I will return -definitely! Thanks for your friendly hospitality!!"

"The hotel was beautifully renovated with many original fittings. It is in a great location for shopping and dining, with all the major stores within walking distance. The staff were very nice and replied promptly to some questions I had before check in. I was only there overnight and didn't get up in time for breakfast but the menu looked great. My only very minor negative comment would be that the bed was very creaky. I would definitely stay there again next time I visit Ballarat. "
