Charming place right in the middle of town. Very quiet at night. The room was clean and beautifully decorated. Bed comfy with quality linen. Staff lovely and very helpful. Great breakfast downstairs in the cafe below.

Very secluded cabin in the middle of the Huon Forests less than 1 hour from Hobart. Clean, comfortable and very relaxing. Access via 5km gravel road with some steep sections. Waking trails and magnificent forest scenery. No 240V electricity and therefore no TV or WiFi, but gas fridge and cooking facilities all adequate. Stayed 2 nights and thoroughly enjoyed it.

Fantastic old building with original features and charm. Has super decor and feels very clean and well kept. We would visit again. Recommend the granola with warmed fruit for breakfast...beautiful!

Excellent accommodation in great location on the Derwent river.

I was concerned about the 'self check-in' style of the property and the fact there wasn't a manager on site, but everything worked seamlessly. The front door code worked just fine and the instructions were very clear on how to get into the room etc. The room we were given was just like the photos, clean, elegant and spacious. Kingston is about 10km from Hobart, however the hotel is just off the highway so it’s about 15mins drive to Hobart city. There’s supermarkets and restaurants on the other side of the road so very convenient. There’s also a beach in the area. The room is spacious with all amenities like kettle and cups with plates to make tea and full toiletries in the bathroom. Car parking is available and lovely staff. I would definitely stay here again.

We honestly loved everything about it. The host was incredibly helpful, friendly and so easy to communicate with, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The accommodation was clean, welcoming and had a lovely atmosphere. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended! ❤️very cleaned property

Loved our 2 bedroom apartment - exactly what our family needed. Spacious rooms, quality furniture, comfy beds & bedding. Great kitchen facilities including well sized fridge. Excellent location - so, so quiet but only 2 blocks from Sandy Bay Rd and main shopping strip including Woolworths & Coles, newagents, great cafes and plenty of eateries. Pleasant 10-15 minute walk to bay. Hope to return.
