"Booked a balcony room. Room was small but fine. Doors & windows don’t block out morning light & the main road is quite noisy. Staff need some training on checking people in to the rooms. Had to park at westfields as no street parking was available. "

"Room was dirty, bathroom sink blocked, dirty towels, thongs left in room, dirty sheets in closet, rooms are nothing like internet pictures and very old furniture. Would not even give them 0.1 stars. By far the worst place we have stayed at"

"Very clean, staff were excellent. Rooms were very very clean."

"The room was spacious and clean. The hotel has a small lift and staircase, along with an all-hour side access door using a key code. Entry to the room is also key coded. Theres a cupboard, iron, hair dryer, bar fridge and kettle in the room. There’s also food and drinks downstairs which are reasonably priced. The bed was comfortable. Unfortunately, despite the blockout curtains, the light from billboards and train station still shine into the room. You can also hear faint sound from the train and foot traffic. This could be a problem if you are a light sleeper or need a dark room to sleep."
