"The hotel is in a great location close to Central station and the Chinatown light rail stop. The rooms are fresh and clean. Shower was great, hot and good water pressure. Bed was comfy, not sure about the pillows. No movie service, just free-to-air tv. We asked for a city view room and got a room with views to Market City and UTS. Service at the front desk was slightly frustrating, but the staff may just be inexperienced."
