"This homestay is soso, and the kitchen is not clean and cannot be used. When we arrive the homestay, the host said the pervious customer would like to stay one more day and force us change to another homestay for our first day. Oroginally we should have whole apartment. They just give us 2 rooms for the first night and refund $80 for the room they cant provide to us. "We had a wonderful stay at the Melia. The villas are big and spacious and the private pools are a great addition. The food was generally good at the buffets and the beachfront location is very good. The best thing about the Melia though are the staff, they couldn’t be more friendly and helpful. We must mention Khuong from the concierge team who changed the battery in our door lock and Heiu at the pool bar in the Menorca pool who were fantastic and great fun to chat to. The housekeeping team were exceptional everyday too. We extended our stay we enjoyed it so much and would definitely stay again."
