"Amazing facility and stuffs"

"Traditional Japanese style hotel in a great location on the lakeside. Room (after we changed) was spacious but very outdated in terms of technology. No USB sockets, very old TVs (not that we used them). We would have been fine with all of this, but the service and attitude of the staff (mainly the men) at the front desk was disrespectful. In general, we felt uncomfortable that for every request for a service like the onsen or massage we were required to pay in advance as if we were a pair of thieves."

"Had a pleasant stay at this great art deco renovated house. Each room was a delight for us, and we definitely had a great time playing the old Nintendo and the Arcade room. Quite house, bed and pillow was comfy, car park is nearby which is convenient!"

"Stayed for one night with a young family. Very easy 1min walk from station. Staff friendly and helpful. Was given a free upgrade to a room with Mountain view. The rooftop viewing area was sensational!! Room was pleasant, spacious and clean."
