"Everything you would expect from a professionally run hotel.
They need to update their room key system but thats a minor detail.
Staff were lovely especially the main receptionist i delt with and the young nervous girl in the restaurant "
"My partner and I visited for one night, we were both very impressed. We booked a standard room, it was spacious, clean and had dual aspect windows. We didn’t manage to eat at the main hotel however the meal we had at the sister restaurant was really good value. The main bar looks like it’s recently been refurbished, a great place to chill out and the bartenders were very friendly. The Victorian spa was definitely worth visiting but I’m not sure that charging hotel guests for its use is entirely justifiable. "
"Quick and efficient check in, stylish rooms, purpose built so quiet despite being close to the forth road bridge. 20 min walk to train station with 15 min journey into Edinburgh, or bus outside. Lots of free parking. Would definitely stay again."
