The hotel is situated in heart of New York Times Square. The lobby has grand appearance with winding stairs leading to rock star studded wall in the restaurant. We were bit short on time to enjoy the restaurant, but it is worth spending some time even just to have a cup of coffee. One of the best hotel experiences we’ve had. We travel often and have stayed in many 3- and 4-star hotels, and this one truly deserves to be upgraded to 4 stars. The staff were always friendly, professional, and caring. Our room was cleaned daily, and everyone—from housekeeping to reception—greeted us with a smile. Thank you for making our stay so memorable!
