"This hotel has been remodeled since my last stay. It is beautiful. The restaurants were great. Great overnight prior to cruise. The only negative was at check in. They had a very long line with only two people working. Almost everyone had a reservation and leaving on cruise on next day. There must be a more efficient way of handling the check in. The clerks were very harried therefore rude. "

"We really enjoyed our stay! The house was spacious and comfortable, giving everyone plenty of room to relax. The pool was a huge plus and perfect for starting off the day or unwinding after a day of exploring. The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with, which made everything seamless. The location was also ideal—close to Old San Juan and convenient to everything we wanted to see. We’d definitely stay here again and can't wait to come back!"
