"We stayed at the Fairmont El San Juan Hotel for three nights in October 2026 to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and our experience was absolutely wonderful! From check-in to check-out, everything was perfect. Every staff member we encountered was extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful, making us feel special throughout our stay. The food was delicious, especially the steak at Meat Market Steakhouse, which was outstanding! One of the nicest surprises was when we returned to our room and found a bottle of champagne, thoughtful gifts, and a lovely anniversary card from the hotel. It was such an unexpected and thoughtful gesture that made our celebration even more memorable. We truly appreciated their kindness and attention to detail. The hotel’s location is also fantastic, very convenient and just a short distance from the airport. Overall, we had an amazing experience and couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate our anniversary. We highly recommend the Fairmont El San Juan Hotel and would absolutely love to stay here again! Thank you to the entire hotel staff for making our anniversary so special and unforgettable!"

The room was very cold at the entrance with a very loud A/C fan. Luckily, I rented a suite, thus I was able to close the doors and the temperature of the bedroom was nice."
