The hotel and the room were nice and clean. Good location. Close to restaurants and other activities. The only problem that we had with our stay was the air conditioning system smelled really funky. The smell was magnified if the AC was left on continuously.

Check in went well as we arrived at the hotel at 1h30 am ! Room was huge …king size bed , pillows and are so so …it was clean . The hotel is 5 or so minutes from Pan American to get to our cruise ! Hotel is dated but it’s a nice place to stay !

Very affordable and pleasant. Rooms were immaculate and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the area. There are many food choices within walking distance and a walking path a couple blocks away from the hotel.

They storedour baggage while we explored Old SanJuan. Thats about the best thing about the hotel. Bathroom was in need of repairs aa the shower doesnt drain amd the faucet fell off and only had couple minutes of hot water. Room was fine other then the bathroom
