"Had a wonderful stay at Hôtel de Roubaix. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and full of quirky character and design touches that made it feel uniquely Parisian. I also loved learning that it is a family-run hotel, which really comes through in the warm, personal atmosphere and attention to detail throughout the property. The buffet breakfast was excellent with a great assortment of options each morning. What really stood out was the staff — incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating throughout my stay. They always greeted me warmly and checked in to make sure everything was going well whenever I came or left the hotel. The bed was also extremely comfortable, which made relaxing after long days exploring Paris even better. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city."

"The hotel is in a good location, only a bus ride away from Disneyland Paris and about a 20 minute walk from Val D’Europe station and shopping centre. I’d recommend downloading the IDF Mobilités app for ease of getting the RER/bus so you can just tap in and out. I chose to stay in this hotel as I had stayed here when I visited Disneyland Paris in 2016 so knew what to expect. Also make sure you bring a physical bank card, as you need it to check in, for the deposit. The rooms are a good size with a small kitchenette area and separate bathroom. The rooms are clean with all the essentials - basic but all you need. It is worth noting that there is no routine daily housekeeping although this doesn’t matter so much if you are only visiting for a few days. We woke up one morning to no electricity in our room which was frustrating however the electricity was restored within a short space of time so didn’t cause a lot of problems. However on our last day, we woke up to no hot water. This was not resolved by the time we checked out at 11am. The bathroom also smelt like drains intermittently at various times of the day which wasn’t the most pleasant. Overall, the hotel is in a great location. It is a good and affordable alternative to staying at a Disneyland Hotel. However our stay was let down a little by the electricity, bathroom smell and lack of hot water."

"Room was huge hotel is nice super comfortable beds and wonderful bedding. Shower is horrible. Did not love that breakfast or coffee is outside through a courtyard and down stairs- super inconvenient in rain, same for the “lobby” in a totally different building. We hated the area, have to been to paris several times and wanted to try a new area and regretted it the entire trip.Graffiti, homeless people trash on the streets and far from everything. 45 minute uber to 6th, eiffel tower. Hotel is great, area is terrible and because of the area we would not stay there again. "

"Friendly staff. Great breakfast. Clean room. We did not have time to use the pools or water park. We waited a really long time for the shuttle to the hotel but you can (& should because it fills up) reserve a timed spot for the shuttle to the airport. It is in a warehouse type area so we had to walk about 15-20 min to this great Italian restaurant then Ubered back. (We decided against the hotel restaurant for our last dinner in France)"

"The only thing we disliked was the check-in process. We pre paid for the hotel. All we needed to do is pay for the city taxes. That what i thought was done. I looked at my credit card thinking I would be charged the taxes but no they charged each person 100 euro in case we use their services. I wanted this fix but still waiting."
