"We stayed 5 days, 4 nights with 2 kids. We enjoyed our time at this hotel very much. We very much appreciated that this is the 1st stop for pick up on the shuttle to Disney as we didn’t realize that when trying to select a hotel. The indoor play ground is a great option to burn energy and is open fairly late. The swimming pools are excellent with the indoor and outdoor options. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping was great however selective on what was cleared and cleaned up towards to the tail end of the stay which wasn’t a dealbreaker just odd. The lobby scent is a bit offensive and strong and that would be my only complaint."

The staff was amazing and everyone was super friendly. Rooms are nice but AC is so so. Staff has you do entire check-in on an IPad. Not to friendly. Limited contact. Skipped breakfast."
